"I submitted a ticket for maintenance on a certain part of my appt and within a day Julio send the maintenance guy right away to complete the task. I am very happy with the service I got from him , Julio is very charismatic , and understanding as well! Definitely would recommend calling him for anything you need taken care of , he’ll send over personnel right away !"
"I’ve lived here for a few years, and Seqoiya has been the most integral member of management this complex has ever seen. She is transparent, quick to resolve concerns, and friendly to all existing residents and welcoming to new residents looking for a new home. In addition the friendly staff, the apartment is in a great central location of Jacksonville for those wanting to use Uber or Lyft to either the beach or downtown without breaking the bank. I look forward to continuing to enjoy my living here at Riverview."
"The new managers need customer service. Instead of the amenity charges going on expensive flowers and mulch, clean the swimming pools and add hot water temps to the washing machines fix the foundation before alignment on our vehicles have to be repaired. Upgrade the mold and roach infested units. When your tenants want comfort don’t tell them to walk out."
