"I have lived here since Feb 9th 2017. I had to clean my own apartment. Took me THREE days. Dead roaches everywhere. Fortunately, I havent had any problems w roaches EXCEPT the occasional HUGE FLYING ROACHES that come in through my sliding glass door that STILL hasnt been fixed yet. Everything was covered in paint that never really dried completely until maybe a month later. I put in order after order after order during my first year. I put in 5 F I V E maintanece orders during my first year. The only thing that got fixed was my tub that stopped up every month. I believe either Feb or March of 2018 something, easy fixes, was FINALLY done. It is now almost September and my sink still hasnt been fixed. It leaks from the top and from the bottom. Its an inconvenience to keep emptying a bucket of water everyday because of the leak. Maintenance brought in the faucet part, said that the piping needed to be replaced to fit the new faucet and I havent seen them since. I'm expected to pay 794 on time EVERY month, however my apartment hasnt been fixed. Someone tried to kick in my door while my family and I were away and I'm trying to call the office today, which is supposed to be open at 9 am. Ive called 5 times since 9am and no one picked up. I just called my husband to see if he went to speak with someone abiut fixing our front dot. He stated someone was in there but they werent open. R E A L L Y?? But if I dont pay rent, I'm getting notices and whatnot. This isnt a way to run a place of business or homes. There is a name change, new gutters, one building painted ugly white and yellow Colours, but my apartment still isnt fixed. BUT at least the outside is being changed. Smh."

"THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! If it wasn't for the fact that we had to move last minute, I'd have moved somewhere else. First moved in to a roach infested apartment they said was ready and cleaned and it wasnt. We did all the cleaning ourselves and spraying. Maintenance are so quick to get snappy with you and tried to fight my husband. We went without ac for 2 months straight and I had just had a newborn, and was told it wasn't their job to provide ac by the landlord himself. They gave us a mobile unit that constantly soaked my floor that we had to use in the living room and it barely worked. Slow about fixing things, and when they do fix it, they half ass it. Property management is horrible and they steal your money. Murders, drug dealings, fights, break ins, littering, loitering, you name it they have it out here. I wouldn't advise anyone to live here. In the process of moving as we speak. Not waiting for a lease to be up."

"This is trash. Been living not because j want to but because I have to. Air condition is not fixed for a few months and living in Florida doesn't help anyone with that problem. When you need something fixed, better hire a private contractor to do the job because this place wont. A few murders is an understatement, drug dealing everywhere. Not safe for children at all. Health code violations up the roof. So many I can write a book."
