"Maintenance did not complete a maintenance request I made, even though they indicated that they did complete it. All I asked is for simple pest control. NO ONE has showed up to complete this task, even though they indicated this task is complete. It is not nice or professional to lie."

"The community is poorly maintained. The maintenance team has a habit of marking work orders as resolved when they don’t even come to your apartment. I’ve lived here for several years now and nothing ever improves. From the laundromat being out of order for months at a time to simple things like the community pools being cleared out and never refilled. Do your research before moving in and pay close attention when initially signing the lease then your actual residential portal rent amount. They like to play games and make you pay more than you should."
"If you're wondering just how bad there studio apartments are because there are no pictures online or the lazy office staff will not send. I started communicating with the leasing agent around Aug. Got approved for a studio and set my move in for sep 22. Drove all the way from Indiana 15 hrs away. The apartment had warped drawers in every part of the home and the smell of mold was so strong my nose was burning. Also when you arrive on the boathouse side there's a massive sinkhole with caution tape thats about 20 ft wide. Who ever took the picture of the property really needs a raise because the pictures are NOTHING like the property (more accurate shown below). The Ac units are leaking water into the subfloor and wall had black mold from the inside out. The laundry facility was in shambles with several water damage. The property management building is the only building that is new. Please dont be a fool like me and believe all the reviews. I put my things in storage and drive all the way back to indy that's how bad this place is."
"These apartments are horrible. For the rent to be raised the pools aren't cleaned, trash every where. Tenants taking up multiple parking spots. How does 2 cars take up 4 parking spots. Cats everywhere, grass barley gets cut. Don't let me start with the office. The only time you them is when they are trying to evict someone or trying to show these raggedy apartments"
