"Their application process was easy and inexpensive. I toured multiple units and both were in great condition - new appliances, quality carpets/flooring, spotless clean, etc. Their staff members - I worked with Jeremiah and Lori - were incredibly helpful and transparent. That said, Canyon Square residents would benefit from more community amenities, and the premises landscaping could use some work to make it more attractive. I ultimately decided to live in a different area of Jacksonville due to my commute, but I would recommend Canyon Square to anyone looking for a competitively priced townhome with newly remodeled units and a friendly management team."

"I've been living here since 2019. I changed units in 2020. My experience here has been ok I guess. I had issues with my kitchen sink garbage disposal flooding my kitchen. I let them know and it took 1 year for them to fix it. I would Come home to a sink full of dirt water when the sink was originally empty. Also, I think that its pretty inconvenient to disable paying rent on the mobile app. Some of us have Jobs that are in the mornings and nights so it's impossible to pay rent in person. It gets really irritating to have to go get a money order when they could just have you pay online. Also, construction was being done on the outside of my apartment and I literally got closed in my apartment when I had to go to work. I was late to work because they decided to put a tarp on my front door and patio. I just find it really funny that we had an apartment expecting when I've been here since 2019 and they have never done this. Very inconvenient. Also, it takes about a day to dry my clothes in the dryer. Thr amount of money we all pay to live here everything should be working properly and up to date."

"I think it’s hilarious how this place has so many great reviews. My lease is up at the end of next month. Here’s my experience. We never got a walk through. When we moved in, drains were clogged, nothing was changed out, and nothing was really cleaned. Just new carpet and clean stove. I was so excited about the washer/dryer. Until it keeps clogging, maintenance fixes it and then it happens again. Not to mention it takes 1 full day to dry 1 load. Same with the dishwasher. When I moved in, there was a hole the size of my toddler behind my water heater. That led to 4 months of roaches. We did have weekly pest control but we were told in order to fix the hole, we would have to have the water shut off for 24 hours and have 2 separate companies come out to fix it. One for the water heater removal and one to fix the actual hole. So instead maintenance used dry wall and foam. Whatever… so the roaches still kept coming. Come to find out the front door also needed attention. Contractor came out and said the whole thing was actually rotted out. I personally love the area, but this was a difficult experience. Hopefully they renovate with how much they’re raising rent. Let me not get started on how I stayed in contact about a lease renewal but to move to a different unit, and I had never received my renewal via certified mail and my lease got terminated regardless. Just tread lightly with these people."
