"Absolutely terrible.. was originally interested in leasing there.. spent the past 3 days trying to reach out.. no one answer their phone or even better they just hang up on you.. their virtual assistant isnt much help either.. if this is how you treat people wanting to do business with you. Then im afraid to know how you treat your actual tenants.. worst customer service imaginable"

"I don’t even know where to begin, I moved into a apartment with ceiling fans with no lights, the fridge water filter hasn’t replaced in god knows how long , they air filter had mold on it , and the switches in the living stopped working after only a couple months. The screened in porch had a whole in the screen, the door to the other bedroom has a crack in it that was painted over. The neighbors are extremely loud and obnoxious and if you try to talk to the front office about it nothing gets done. The Front office has the turn over rate of a retail store, every time I go in office I see someone new. There are constant break ins into cars and the neighborhood does nothing about it. They are a pet friendly neighborhood but nobody picks up after their dog so it’s poop everywhere. I’ve had packages stolen, I’ve been ignored, and I’ve had the police called on me because I had a 1 year old learning how to walk in my apartment, meanwhile my downstairs neighbors have a stripper pole in the middle of the living room , causing commotion for upstairs and downstairs units. The only upside for this neighborhood was the basketball court which had AC issues and I almost had a heat stroke in. Do not move here the price is too high to deal with these constant issues."

"I had an issue with my A/C unit and submitted a maintenance request. I received a responce with in 24 hours. At that time I made an appointment. The next morning Lazaro arrived prompt and professional. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work as always.Thank you for all your hard work!"

"Don’t do it! Terrible service at the leasing office. I have had a terrible experience living here. Highly recommend you going elsewhere! If you look at other Google reviews this place has a pattern of giving you free move in fees and no deposit but they’ll make something up on the back end when you are moving out. I personally vacuumed carpets and scrubbed countertops. They charged me hundreds of dollars in cleaning fees. I have photos and videos to prove that the apartment was left in good condition. If it were just me, then you would have an argument but several people have had the same issue. If you do come here just be ready to pay at the end."
