"I moved here on Thursday Feb 15 and, I have to say, I couldn't be happier! Anyssa is an absolute gem and a delight and gave me a wonderful tour. She was so helpful in answering all of my questions and was so sweet to my kiddo, even remembering his name when we saw her next. The exterior of the buildings are so charming and better kept than other apartments that I toured. The interiors are immaculate, the apartments really feel like an actual house! I can expect that I will be here for a very long time. A++ Avenue Royale!"

"I stayed here from 2020-2023 great place to live with a family. Nice and fast maintenance team. They get to your maintenance request pretty quickly! I loved my time here just got a little expensive."

"UPDATED: 4/5 ➡️ 5/5 Have been at Avenue Royale for about 3.5 years now. The staff are always super helpful and friendly. Stephanie the property manager has been especially helpful any time we have an issue or questions. Maintenance for the most part resolves requests quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Very happy with the experience living here for as long as I have. --------------------------------- Darien was such a helpful person when we were applying. She made herself available as much as possible and worked hard to get us approved. Our tour wasn't a show room, but the unit that we moved into. We found our unit cleaned and ready for us within two days. The only downside we have had so far is that we had to call emergency maintenance on our second night here because the AC had iced over"

"I will have to say that I have lived her for just about 5 months and nothing has changed in a negative way at all, which is a really good thing. The community grounds are always clean, the management team keeps you updated on any require checks such as A/C, water tank, dryer lent cleaning, and so on. I have lived in a few places that never check any of those things unless you make a request. Over all this is one of the best places I have lived and will continue to live here. Move here and you will not be disappointed at all. It feel more so like a home than an apartment. Plus the neighbors are friendly and very diverse. Come see for yourself and again you will not be disappointed."

"UPDATE: THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE WARPED BATHTUB And I quote, "Please see completion notes (We can't do anything. If have any questions call the office.)" Just moved in and I'm incredibly disappointed. The apartments are 20 years old and it's clear that they haven't been properly maintained. Although the location is quiet, and was probably nice once; the buildings desperately need a complete remodel. The walls are not thick enough to prevent noise from traveling, and the bathtub is warped that it's uncomfortable to stand in for more than a few minutes. I did not notice the bathtub until i took a shower and that was after we turned in the checklist. The floorboards are uneven in places, and the caulking around the place is eroded. The screens in the Florida room are worn and dirty and they don't pressure wash them. On top of that, the air vent system was so dirty that I had to spend an hour cleaning it myself. The accent pieces that were once white are now yellow, including light switches and electrical outlets. Even the white accents for the windows are now coated in years of tan wall paint back splash, making them appear yellow. The air vents were even painted over while they were still on, leaving white paint around the outside of the vents and making them look uneven and unseemly. As well as chipped wall paint, scratches etc. The spiral staircase didnt have the carpet on it like it was advertised, so i had to buy my own and put them on. The front door is dented and looks like it was beat with a bat once, and the front porch is worn, cracked, and uneven. I strongly advise against signing a lease or lease application without first seeing the apartment. I made this rookie mistake and it resulted in my signing a lease for a place I didn't fully understand. After just one vacuum sweep, my vacuum container was already full of dust and dirt. Although I like the floor plan, love the location, I am incredibly disappointed with the condition of this apartment complex. If they don't make a full-blown effort to remodel this place, I will not be renewing my lease once it's over. If you do move in prepare a cleaning budget. The staff and the maintenance team are obviously not responsible for this but the company and it's funding allocation is."
