"Recently got the tub refinished (Wednesday) in my apartment(forgot to take before pic)..The guy did a good job and he was nice and polite.I let the office manager know that he did good..She is always polite to me when I come to the office and helpful as the other staff..I still have a few more maintenance issues that need to be done, hopefully maintenance can maintain the good work. (Forgot the office manager name)..I also saw one of the remodeled 1bedrooms (I have old unit from previous owners) I like the new layout better and may want to switch to one of those.."

"I moved to The Villas at Ortega about a year ago and I would like to review my adventure. First off the place is quiet, gardens and grounds are well taking care. My apartment was renovated by the new owners; marble counters, nice flooring all over my unit. My 1 bedroom apartment is just the right size! I have room for everything. I take care of my unit and avoid using hard chemicals around my bathtub, floorings and counters just like the manager recommended me. All my maintenance requests were taking care in a timely manner. Outdoors - • dog park is great • kid play area •Gym is great and has all the necessary equipment for a good workout. •Pools are open year long. • Gardens and common areas looks great •a lot of parking space • some areas needs some lights but is not pitch black, but I have never feel unsafe. Overall is a great community, my son moved here and he is also happy to be here!"

"My experience after 6 months living here. I saw some negative comments before moving here, I thought surely they were isolated cases, but now I see that it is the experience that this management offers. - Completely dark areas at night, which makes it more prone to theft, they tried to steal my car and when I tried to get security videos from some neighbors I realized that in the last month they have broken the windows of 3 other vehicles, be prepared to got damage your vehicles. - "Remodeled" apartments means they've put a coat of paint on things, that's all. The paint started to lift in the tub, I don't know who thought it was a good idea to apply paint on rust. Be prepared for this to happen. - There were not enough numbers to assign the houses, so there are 2 houses with the same number in the same complex (non sense, I know), the carriers AMAZON, UPS, FEDEX, etc. They don't care (it's not their fault either) so they leave the packages at the first house they find with the number, my neighbor next door has been here for more than a year and keeps losing her packages, I have been in the same situation for the last 6 months, in the reviews I see that other people have the same problem, be prepared to lose your packages. The carrier's response is that the delivery was made, period. - The water heater were completely disgusting. It hasn't been cleaned in years!!! The 3 adults who live in this house have a skin reaction, in the video you can see how after 3 hours of draining the tank sediment that was never maintained was still coming out, "remodeling" only means painting, keep that in mind. I imagine that the response to this review will be the same as all the complaints, I am not a person who tends to give bad reviews as you can see in my profile, but unfortunately I have to continue here until the contract ends, I hope with I look forward to the date when I can leave and take into account the comments of others to make a good decision. Don't let it happen to you."

"I am very happy with Luis, the maintenance supervisor. You can really see a change in the property lately. The few work orders I have had lately have been resolved faster than before and I am very happy overall maintenance wise. Keep up the good work."
