"The Orange Park Exchange is a very nice well kept Community. Office staff are very pleasant. Ashley and Phil and Makayla are just awesome. They try to correct things when it's brought to the attention. Here lately I don’t know what to think about where I’m living when I first moved here it was nice.I feel like I’m living in the slums now The folks above me is just so loud no respect for the people below I had to leave my apartment where I pay 2100 to get a hotel to just be able to work without the high level of noise being in my calls being that I work from home.If nothing changes by April I definitely will be discussing leaving here"

"Have been living here less than a month and it’s been great so far. Ashley was wonderful helping my husband and I get situated. With the amenities and newness of apartments and appliances, it is a great price compared to others across the city. Needed a few small things tended to and she and maintenance took care of everything immediately. Even the maintenance tech stated they wanted to make sure all tenants were happy. They were very welcoming. It’s brand new apartments and it’s nice and quiet. Tucked off into a nice area near the base. Ashley and all staff are very professional and friendly."

"The place is kept up well. The maintenance staff is great! I put in a maintenance ticket and an hour later they responded and corrected the issue. The leasing office is full of wonderful people who have really helped me with the moving in process. Ashley was a great help with giving me a tour of the complex, answered all the questions I had and was there every step of the way with me signing the leasing contract."
