"Christine Cove use to be a nice place for 55 and older adults, but over the years it has went down. My mom has been here 19 years in the same unit, and nothing has been upgraded. I've requested each year for new carpet each year and they expect an elderly person with major medical issues to move the furniture because the company that they contract with only sends one person to change the carpet. They haven't even upgraded anything in the apartment. Maintenance sucks and always has an attitude and is very condensending. The rent went up 2x last year for all the people who are not on hid, and nothing is being fixed. The only reason I haven't moved my mom is because she's familiar with the layout of the floor plan, and my brother died here and she just settles."
"They are a dump.the Elevator quit working and they will not fix. Needs to be turn in to the state. What happens to the older if there is Emergency and need to get out. Need to shut down."
"I moved into Christine Cove in January 2018 I liked the apartment but the carpet is not for an apartment it is for a business office. Everytime you vacuum it it ravels up. The. complex started moving younger people in and it became loud and obnoxious. Children living with grandparents and it's designed for elderly people so we shouldn't have to deal with kids running over top of your head and constantly making noise."
"I have tried contacting this complex numerous times. Left messages etc...even spoke to Ms. M n seems I was hung up on. I called back then no answer. What is really going on?????"
"Christine Cove needs a improvement the paint have faded out side the building it has poolen stuck on the walls up stairs bee hives and need tiles on floors ."
