"The staff at the oaks at normandy are very helpful and professional. Cami was flexible on the unit we requested. She made sure we received all of our documents and her smile is infectious. We couldn't have asked for more. The maintenance staff are time conscientious and are consistently working to keep the Oaks running smoothly. Most of the neighbors aren't too loud except for those who have dogs but, thats expected with hounds. My husband and I enjoy living here. Publix is within walking distance and so is the Urgent Care. If you are looking for a metropolitan way of living with the comforts of a bungalow this is place is perfect."

"After touring a bunch of different apartments, my boyfriend and I came across Oaks at Normandy and fell in love! It is a very cute apartment complex and had everything we were looking for. We especially fell in love with the walk in closet because it had so much space! The ladies in the office are super nice and helpful, especially Ms. Cami! She answered every question we had and let us tour the apartment with no hassle! Cami made the application process super easy for us! We are very excited to start our new journey here!"

"I’ve been living at The Oaks At Normandy for going on 8 years. I have seen people that work in the office come and go. I wanted to transfer it took me 3 months going through the fire trying to get settled before the holidays. Property Manger Sonya came in and save the day. (Without a cape). So professional and apologetic for what I’ve been through. When I tell you it took her less than 24hrs to get me and my family settled gave me a peace of mind knowing everything was in good hands.
