"Beautiful concept. Units are very nice. Huge walk-in closets, mediocre appliances and amenities. The gym needs more equipment & the pool area is blah. They say they’re finished and moving in tenants, but I wouldn’t move in with it being unfinished, (hoping what I saw wasn’t a final look for the property). All in all, it’s the most expensive in the area and it isn’t worth the prices listed at this point."
