Going on several months of requested maintenance for a nonworking dishwasher with rotten water inside affecting my health and still today it is not repaired. This is with a paper trail of requested repairs maintenance to the Administration & maintenance . Beware of the positive reviews which are all manipulated. Maybe reviewing them publicly will get the maintenance needed. Beware of the false advertising before you choose."

"Dealing with air quality issues for over 2 months. Walls and rugs are covered with stains and what appears to be mold. This has been addressed multiple times and the management has done absolutely nothing. Living conditions are not acceptable and these people have no concerns for the health of the tenants."

"i have lived here for almost 6 years, they have never moved fixed anything in my apartment. The staff is lazy and a little rude. The pool has been “under construction” since 2020, and still proceeds to be closed. They keep raising rent but still haven’t fixed my mold and air conditioning! If i had enough money to move i would. Also one of the staff always stared at my underage daughter everytime they walked by."
