I’ve been a tenant for the last 2 years and I’m very satisfied with the building, amenities, events for each holidays and not to mention the quality of customer service that everyone at the leasing office has. Maintance is great and really fast if something breaks. It feels like having a family. Thank you Bay Village 1 for the great work!!"

Samantha was so helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns, and she made sure all of my questions were answered. I am currently searching in the area, but this location is at the top of my list because of its beautiful apartments incredible amenities, and friendly staff."

"I’m so glad I moved out of this complex!! While the building is nice and the location is fairly convenient, management was an absolute nightmare to deal with! The staff were friendly but they always gave me the run around when I had a problem. It would take weeks to get anything resolved with them. My first unit flooded multiple times. I had issues with the assigned parking from the day I moved in. Residents constantly trash the elevator and various amenities. Among many other problems. And on top of all of this, they are never in the office or available when you need them. Four other residents were moving out at the same time as I did, which speaks to the downfalls this building has. I would definitely NOT recommend living here and would suggest to look elsewhere and only rent here as a last resort!!! Hopefully they can fix these issues soon! Shame because this building could be great with better management."

"Jessy in the property management office is incredibly helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure the tenants’ needs are met within the building. There was an incident of a singular power outage in my apartment, and Jessy remained on site until after midnight to make sure my power was restored. The maintenance team is very quick with resolving issues. The only complaint that I have involves the congestion in the area and lack of available guest parking. That can’t really be helped by the staff."
