The Palms Point Condominium

"We lived in Palms Point for a year before we had to move. We absolutely loved it. Gorgeous manicured grounds, beautiful lake views (especially the sunsets over the lake) with walking paths along the lakeside, incredible pool and rec facilities and great management. Leanne was so helpful and kind. If there was anything we needed, she and the staff would make sure to take care of it. She was so welcoming and made us feel like a part of the Palms Point family. We are so sad we had to leave but would definitely live there again if given the chance. Thanks Leanne for making our time there so wonderful!!"

The staff (Leanne, Carmen and and Manny) have always been extremely professional, courteous, friendly and have gone above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service.The property is clean, well maintained, safe and quiet. I highly recommend living in Palms Point."

"I lived in Palms Point (Coral Springs) for almost 4 years. I loved living there. Leann and Carmen were absolutely wonderful. Anything I needed, they were always available and willing to help. when Manny became grounds manager, things really turned around for the better. After hurricane Irma, the crews were out there next morning cleaning debris and making sure were could exit if needed. My neighbors were awesome ( big shout out to Building 3!!) and it felt like family living there. I highly recommend living in Palms Point."

The office staff (Leann and Carmen) are professional, courteous and extremely helpful. The property is clean, well maintained, safe and quiet. I didn't give a 5 star rating because of an ongoing issue that's not yet resolved, but I realize and I'm confident that they're working on it. I highly recommend this property."

"From the minute I walked into the office to inquire about a rental it was a complete breeze. I was dealing with Leanne who was super healthful Everyone in the office was awesome! They had everything ready for me and the apartment was in perfect condition on moving day. The community is very dog friendly and is well maintained. I haven't tried to pool yet, but it looks nice. If anyone is looking for a hassle free move in I would ask for Leanna in the main office she made it one of my least painful moves ever."
