"I love living at Avalon! From the moment I moved in, I have felt like I am part of a vibrant and welcoming community. Carla and Daniela made the application and move-in process very smooth, and the community events they organize are always so much fun and a great way to hangout with neighbors who have become friends. The apartment is modern, the kitchen comes with top-notch appliances, and the overall interior design across the entire complex is stylish and functional. The amenities (gym, pool, dog park, dog spa, BBQ area) are amazing too, and everything is always very clean and taken care of. Maintenance requests are also addressed promptly, and the staff is very respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend Avalon!"
"In my opinion the most important aspect of apartment living is the service and attention you receive from the landlord. The Avalon community is one of the nicest properties in the Doral area but what sets it apart is the leasing office staff/management. Every small issue that I had was quickly rectified by the leasing team. I couldn’t be more thankful for all the hard work these guys do. Thank you Carla and team for making making my experience at the property so enjoyable."
