"This is a construction site! There is NO lobby!!! Dust paint debris ladders , u have to sit outside to wait for your room. Oh and No bathroom with a sink to wash your hands while waiting. If u want to feel homeless this is the place for you. The staff did not care either. And No early check in so don’t try."

"Construction was loud, disruptive and the whole place smelled of either nail polish remover or mildew. Pool was dirty, breakfast was a Jimmy Dean sandwich in a bag. Service was fine, but experience was not worth the almost $120 a night after fees."

"If you are thinking of staying here, DON’T. Me and my family stayed here on the wait for our cruise. The stay was terrible; upon arrival the main lobby is under construction so dust and what not everywhere. The service is good but very lackluster. The room beds are suppose to be queens and their prob full/twin size beds. Not to mention the shower is terrible the floor feels like your going to fall through it, the shower door did not close which lead to water everywhere. The bathroom door also does close. You can find better for cheaper in the area, I’m sure."

"Hotel staff was amazing very accommodating rooms were clean showers could use a slight update but the water was hot all the amenities were there needed for a good night's stay beds were comfortable. Only disappointing thing was the pool was extremely cold. In the gate to the pool has a slight issue with the code other than that everything was great hotels going through an upgrade it seems staff goes above and beyond to make your stay Grand as possible"

"Everyone was very courteous. Front desk was very helpful even weighted our luggage to make sure we were within airline standards. Room was very clean. We stayed prior to our cruise and after cruise. Continental breakfast was good."
