"Stayed here prior to our cruise. We flew in early and got the shuttle to the hotel. We couldn't check in early but that was ok because they let us change into our bathing suits and enjoyed the pool and sun, they stored our suitcases for free. They shuttled us to the port. The only issue I would say with that is our only option was 9am or noon. Everyone working at the front desk was very nice! The place was very clean and the breakfast was good! Large clean lobby area with many seats."

"Not enough shuttles to take to port got here at 130, and the 11 o'clock shuttle was filled. Their go-to saying is, "It was like that when my shift started." So you get to pick between 1 o'clock or 9 am. Can't even board till 1130. And when they say room won't be ready till 3, they mean it. 3:01 they called us to go to the room. There's no chance getting in your room early. And to top it all off, NO HOT WATER. so I go to call down to front desk and ask not to my surprise the phone does not work. Had to walk down to ask. But as usual, they said, " it was like that when their shift started. Oh, the ice machines on 3 rd floor and 5 floor are out of order. Ask for ice at desk he said the 7th floor should be fine as he goes back to his phone even though there was a machine right near him he could have got it for us. Overall, nice hotel, most people were nice. But lack of shuttles and maintenance are not good."

"This place is absolutely crazy! No hot water!!! As crazy as that sounds in this day and age it's absolutely true, there was no hot water available to us after day walking around in Miami. The front desk seems so nonchalant about it I asked them if this was a regular occurrence. What they said was it usually doesn't happen to two floors it's only a room or two. Second, they're flyers that advertisement about their shuttle service being 24/7 it's not true. The staff told us that they have complained and customers have complained about this false advertisement for a long time but corporate doesn't want to do anything about it. Obviously, the bookings are going to be better if they advertise a shuttle service is available 24/7 shuttle service and they're and theynot going to tell you that they don't have hot water when you show up. I asked the front desk if we could get a refund if we moved hotels, with there being on hot water, and the staff said they could not make that decision until management showed up the following the morning. The staff where super nice but you can tell they've done this song and dance for a while so clearly the bean counters have figured out, until people stopped showing up, that they're going to continue the same practice and to make that money."

"The transportation for this hotel was terrible. They are so unorganized. They kept saying a shuttle would be there in 15 minutes and it ended up being only every hour. I waited an 1 and a half for a shuttle it was to full and had to wait another hour for a new shuttle. I ended up calling the hotel and they reimbursed my Uber cost to get to the hotel. Extremely disappointed considering it was the main reason I booked this hotel. The shuttle to the cruise was really time efficient and overall great. Very different from the airport shuttle. They made you sign up for the shuttle to the cruise in advance to make sure there’s enough spots. The hotel was nice and clean. The pool area was very small but nice. The hotel breakfast was great but not a wide variety but it’s a free hotel breakfast so what did you expect. Overall nice hotel but would not stay again because of terrible shuttle services. Front desk workers were very nice. The safe in my hotel room was broken."

"To say I am upset, is putting it mildly. I booked this hotel for my mom to stay on a forced overnight flight on American Airlines to check in 01/09/24 and check out 01/10/2024. During the booking process, I notified the hotel that she is elderly and handicap. I also followed up with the hotel directly to ensure this was made aware to the staff. Upon her arrival, she was forced to ask a resident for help because your Front Desk personnel advise that she should be happy he give her a nice room and could not help her. This morning, she was told no one was available to help her with her luggage to catch the shuttle, again a resident overheard and assisted her. I was under the impression that this hotel chain was about customer service and satisfaction. As a active traveler, I will ensure to never book this hotel chain again. I served in the hospitality industry for 10 years, currently a independent travel consultant. Customer service have dwindled over the years and this is a clear cut example of poor service."
