"Alot of negative reviews at this place. This was all over the news, with people having to evacuate in the next building due to failing safety violations. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody and land lord raising rents as if we are living in a luxury apt. I see the posts with pictures and how the apartments look with holes around the door entrances and why the low reviews if it's a great place to live??? Usually if something is good it will have high stars and reviews.. not this place.. MR LANDLORD aka GEORGE DO BETTER BY YOUR TENANTS ! Is this what other tenants are getting for your upgrades?? What are you upgrading ...cheap upgrades to raise the rents to make more money? Negative comments about your place will stop when you take care of the people! You need people or you will continue to have empty apartments.. PEOPLE COME 1ST NOT MONEY!"
"Came to check out the property and one of the tenets showed me the place and this was disturbing too see. I will not be renting here. Tenant said the landlord could do better by his tenants and that there is several Apts available... I wonder why. I notice the reviews are pretty low here. Not interested no more."

"I lived here for a 10 months and had to relocate out of state. I lived in the rental side managed by Pamela. Honestly speaking when I first moved here it was infested with roaches. But almost all my units fl were. So I got rid of them myself. I loved my little one bedroom. Very spacious with a chill view . I made it my own and got my full deposit back because I left the unit spotless. Management was kind to me , and respectful. Maintenance was timely. They kept the grounds clean. The community washers were blah!! But I lived by everything . I felt so calm and at peace living here. I’d recommend it for someone young and in school looking for a peaceful area. I never used the amenities so I can’t speak on that. If you are looking for fancy this isn’t the place for you but if you have an open mind this could be a cool spot."
