"It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with these people especially Luan and Carolina. Carolina answers the calls for maintenance issues and has absolutely no people skills, is extremely rude,unprofessional, and dismissive if you call in with any issue. We moved into a townhome that we rented through them and within a week of moving in, all toilets were clogged, no working fridge, and we have a neighbor that parks DIRECTLY behind us that will not move with their reasoning being that "they are entitled to park where they want because they have lived here the longest". When I have brought up all these issues to Luan she gives me excuses for each and every single one, I am now going on day 8 without a working fridge and all she keeps offering to do is provide me with a cooler and ice. Please avoid renting through these people they are WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING and will make your life impossible. I regret a million times over ever renting through them and cannot wait to get out of here!"

I call and ask about availability for a property and her response was “what about it”. If you are a realty company maybe you should consider being respectful to future prospects.
