"Thanks Montura for “No HOA” most people move to the country side because they want to run away from the city , high taxes, regulations and government control, if they ever enforce HOA in Montura I guarantee you everybody will run away from there, low taxes and no HOA is what people want, if you are looking for HOA restrictions and government control you can get all that by moving to Chicago, NY or California. The bad review by MARINE POLICE makes no sense, if animals bother you, if you don’t want to see wood burning, BBQ smokers and trucks the country side is not for you, you need to stay in the city, try a Private Golf Club or maybe an apartment in Miami Beach, the country side is not for you for sure or maybe you are an investor trying to scare people away so can buy their land cheaper, who knows, but you review makes no sense."

"I use to live in Montura 20 years ago and love it . It was nice to take a ride to just see wooded propertys . I came back to visit my friends and it ,s so awful to see people,s property with ugly container home , a RV on their land or a semi Park on it , 4 Park cars or more on their land( Their should be regulations for this nastyness) also for keeping alot of noises animals that keeps you up all night and burning trash since I have bad allergies from it . Sure didn't enjoy staying out here do to it's so crowded now . Highly don't recommend anyone to move to miserable Montura !"
