"We recently just moved in & the process was very smooth. Nina and Bachir are very helpful and kind. Nina gave us a nice tour of the community when we were first inquiring. Upon generating our lease, she broke everything down in terms of the contract. She made sure to explain any charges thoroughly & ensured that nothing was left out. Nina kept us in the loop and followed up with us until our move-in day. On the other hand, Bachir received myself on move-in day. He was very attentive & made sure to explain everything thoroughly in terms of appliances, how they function & any other perks. He did the initial unit inspection with me. I was very surprised as that was the first time any staff member from an apartment complex took the time to do the inspection with me. In other situations, I was instructed to do it by myself. Besides that fact, the community is very tranquil & super pet-friendly. It’s very walking accessible as well. Waterline Estero truly puts their residents first & ensures they feel at home."

"I initially commenced renting here before the change in ownership. However, with the new management, it is evident that they prioritize the well-being of their residents. I have resided here for a brief period of two months, and during this time, the management has installed electronic locks, ring doorbells, water leak sensors, and is currently set to renovate the dog park. I am thoroughly pleased with my living arrangements here. The neighbors are exceptionally courteous, and the neighborhood remains tranquil throughout."

"Beware of this apartment complex for several reasons. The walls are so paper thin you can basically hear your neighbors thoughts. God forbid they get in a fight or the baby starts crying..you’ll be up all night. They openly allow drug use and drug dealing so expect some real shady characters to come around. Oh and don’t expect getting your deposit back. They walked the place with me and said everything was great but screwed me out of it."

"I had the unfortunate misfortune of residing at Waterline Estero, and I can confidently say it was one of the most disappointing experiences of my life. Where do I even begin? From the moment I moved in, it was clear that this place was a disaster waiting to happen. It all began the moment we moved into our supposedly "new" apartment, only to discover that the first night marked the onset of a cockroach invasion that shattered any semblance of peace or comfort. Our astonishment turned to frustration when we learned that the people who had inhabited the apartment before us had fled for the very same reason. AND they still moved us in, knowing this issue. It was utterly disgusting and unsanitary, and despite numerous complaints to the property managers, we seem unwanted. Instead of taking immediate action, they seemed to downplay the situation, showing a shocking lack of concern for their tenants' well-being. What's even worse is that we were left without any recourse when it came to compensation. Despite having to deal with a cockroach-infested living space and the mental anguish that came with it, the property managers were completely uninterested in offering any form of reimbursement. It's as if they believe they can get away with subjecting their tenants to subpar living conditions without any consequences. To make matters worse, during this ordeal, my roommates and I were left with no choice but to find alternative accommodation due to the sheer unlivability of our apartment. The fact that we had to spend our hard-earned money on a temporary place to stay, while still paying rent for an uninhabitable apartment, is beyond infuriating. In short, Waterline Estero has proven itself to be a place where tenant well-being and satisfaction take a backseat to indifference and negligence. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and financial loss that we experienced during our time there. Your money and peace of mind are far too precious to be squandered on a place that couldn't care less about its tenants."

"These apartments are terrible for the price you pay. I'm paying 1850 a month "not including internet or electric" for a super small studio that is terribly outdated. The maintenance team tries their best but they're just overwhelmed with the amount of problems to fix, the gates broken, and the parking situation stinks. For the price I am paying and for what others are paying you should be given much, much more. Word of wise to those looking here, you can find much better apartments across the street or even in Naples for the same price or cheaper. I wouldn't rent here unless they drastically decrease the rent to 1500-1600 a month. For the price I'm paying you should have a one bedroom not a studio!"
