"Very nice 55+ park next to my favorite eagle point park did a drive through to check out homes many are newer a definite possibility."
"We were welcomed like old friends when we visited. We went through half a dozen homes; all were very well kept - even though some were 30+ years old. We even stopped to talk to the maintenance man (really happy, NICE guy) Over a hundred homes with low monthly HOA. A few blocks from a nice mall and US41. I want to live here."
