"The landlord is very rude and disrespectful, She’s very unprofessional and makes it very difficult for you to get into the place. I’ve tried to get into the complex multiple times and I was turned down because of my “background” but I’ve never been to jail. I have my 4 kids, my husband has never been arrested ever. I’ve went to the complex and waited from 9:30 to 11:00 and she was not in sight, I finally come to see if the office is open, it is but there was nowhere to park so I had to park in a residences parking space, I knock on the office door nobody answers and the blinds are shut. 0/10 would not recommend"

"Jessica is such a good person with a big heart, she tries to help her residents as much as possible especially the ones who are struggling when certain situations reach them. When you call her for Maintence work, she usually gets it done quickly unless Maintence is gone at another location or she is gone or something major is going on at another apartment. Jessica is a very friendly person, unless you catch her on a bad day (everyone has good and bad days) she is always so friendly and respectful to all her residents and the community unless your doing something wrong and not following the rules or doing something to get in trouble with the hcso. She does a lot of fun activists for her residents and children at tall pines. Thank you so much Jessica"

"I went to the office to get information about the place and area since I am new to the area and was greeted by Jessica who was very helpful and courteous. She was knowledgeable about the rental process and about the area. She answered all my questions professionally and made me feel comfortable because she is so friendly with a good sense of humor. Her customer service was outstanding and others could learn how to treat prospective clients by watching and listening to her. All in all I was impressed and I would refer friends to come checkout Tall pines. With Jessica in charge I’m sure it will be a pleasure to live here. She deserves a raise. "Jessica in the office is nice. Steve the maintenance man is great. Now the people who live here not so much. Nobody watches their children. Kids always jumping on the top of the pavilion and playground equipment And always throwing rocks..We already had to replace our windshield in our new car that was a week old when that got busted.When our lease is up hopefully we are out unless things change. 3 years of this nonsense is more then enough."
