"BEWARE. BEWARE... DO NOT LET SMALL CHILDERN WANDER NEAR THAT LAKE!!! These ppl who reside there, 3rd floor..... are FEEDING THIS GIANT GATOR!!. My 13yo son and I were out there trying to bass fish and this freaking GIANT gator kept pestering us for FOOD!! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DOG OR CHILD IN A HOT SECOND IF YOU LET THEM NEAR THAT LAKE!!!! FWC!!! WHERE ARE YOU!!! YOU WERE WARNED!!!!!"

"I'll start out by saying what people say about this place is true. The floors and sheets are damp, bugs are common, took 15 minutes for the water to heat up. The breakfest in the morning is a joke. The staff is nice and as the location. For $130 a night I expected better. Wont be staying here again."

"You get what you pay for. Service was good, common areas of the hotel were nice, breakfast was OK, the room was pretty rough. The room was damp from humidity when we arrived to the point the sheets were wet feeling. The felt as if they were taken out of a dry about 20 min to soon. There were several long dark hairs stuck to the pillow case (I brought my own pillows) and the room had a musty smell. The rooms are pretty dated as some people have said, but I would focus more on addressing the cleanliness of the rooms before I worried about that."

"What a creepy place.. if you like cockroachs and dirt beds this is the place for you. I had to stay 3 different times because of work and everytime the beds were dirty. This last trip they left me a used wash cloth on my shower curtain and yes the cockroaches were still there... 5 stars down."
