"The gentleman that came to fix my ice maker/water leak issue were GREAT!!! They pulled out the refrigerator and identified the issue with the water line going into the freezer and fixed it. 5 stars for these repair guys!!!"
"I loved living here, it was quiet and safe. I had an incredibly spacious apartment for an affordable price, in a great area to live in. The amenities were wonderful, as well as the leasing staff. The only reason for leaving was work, otherwise I would’ve stayed!"
"Just wanted to hop on to give Jim the maintenance man a great review! My husband and I have lived here at Serenity for almost 2 years now and we haven’t had many issues requiring maintenance, but any time we have, our problems have been fixed by Jim in a timely manner! Tonight after having some accidental toilet troubles, Jim came to the rescue very quickly and fixed the issue with no problems! Thanks again, Jim!"
"Lived here May 2023 through December 2023. It’s been amazing honestly. It’s safe, it’s quiet, it’s scenic. The office staff is very friendly and will help you with questions. The clubhouse has a Starbucks machine and is always kept clean. Gym is great for working out. Pool is very nice to relax by. The apartments are extremely nice and modern. Huge amount of space for the price (best price in Florida that I’ve found). Overall would recommend"
"The Fitness center is great! It is always clean and the staff always have the gym in tip top shape. The overall property is exactly as the name says Serenity. Tranquil , calm, and above all a peaceful place to call home. The valet trash is a wonderful accommodation, as well the other amenities the come with being a resident. I highly recommend Serenity at Lake Wales as your next Dream Home."
