"Went to do a tour at The Carlton at lake Dexter in WinterHaven yesterday and let me start off by saying that from the beginning the office staff (Ashley ) greeted us with a smile and was very professional, kind and answered all of I and my husbands questions with prompt and precise answers. We were overtaking by the property at how very nice it was and also how that when it was built it had the residents in mind the whole way we are very well pleased with all the amenities, the security and the overall structure.
