"I was anxious about finding a place to reside and I definitely didn't feel like looking for a place. I read about Lakeside Terrace and also had a friend talk about how please she was with her mom once living there. It is a 55 plus Apartment Living Facility. I moved in March 12th and I am so pleased with being here. Marta Morano, Property Manager is professional, efficient and kind. She spent time with me and explained everything so that I could understand before signing my lease. The apartment is more than I anticipated and I am happy to be a resident."

The Property Manager Marta gave us a tour of the building and I was surprised by how well the building is maintained. There are laundry facilities on each floor and they were very clean. The elevator is also maintained clean. The hallways smell so clean and fresh and everyone is so friendly. Marta was exceptionally helpful with the process of applying. She explains every single detail to make sure that I was aware of all expectations from being a resident here. Every resident I've spoken with speaks highly of her and her ability to manage this facility. My sister also moved in and is extremely happy."
