Windermere Apartments

"I think the maintenance has been declining rapidly. I been without a ceiling light in my kitchen for more than a week. My wife has to cook in the dark every day. I request the light to be fixed through a work order on the website of the apartments and I finally had to call the office. The answer I got from one of the staff members in the office was: “We are sorry, but we are short of maintenance personnel and this is not considered an emergency.” That means, my wife will continue cooking in the dark until God knows when. Thank you."

"I put in a maintenance order for some repairs that need to get done and it's been almost 2 weeks and the issues still haven't been corrected. I'm one of the few tenants who are "high market". The only thing high market is the rent that I'm charged for the privilege to be high market and it's not honored. I've been to the office a few times for these same issues and still no work done. What else can be done so my issues are addressed? How else should I be rating this complex? Everyone puts the blame on someone else. Who's actually responsible enough to get this issue taken care of? This is the 1st time I'm having this issue I'm completely dissatisfied."

"Maintenance and apartment upkeep has ruined our trust in them. No discount or solutions offered while we have dealt with a significant leak from our living room window for months. Rent has been raised and the problem still being ignored. Unfortunately we are withholding payments and letting this go to court. This is after 3 years of living here."

"I’ve reached out to Windermere on three separate occasions once I’ve seen they’ve had availability. This time seemed really strange. I have always text through there systems but never recieved a call because usually the would text me back. Today however I text to inquire about the 3/2 on the website with 2 open availability. She called asked for me once I confirmed it was me she said how may I help you strange but I continued because my mission is to find a home for me in my kids. I let he know what I was looking for she said they dont have any available. Maybe it’s just me but why would u call me ask me what I need after already knowing to tell me u don’t have any. I’ve been to these apartments and judging by the reviews diversity isn’t something they practice so maybe it’s a win."
