"We have loved living here for almost 4 years from VA. The gate guards, office staff and new manager have been pleasant to have. They now offer a complimentary monthly breakfast for all residents and weekly local business pop ups. Quiet and peaceful at night, lots of children. Maintenance is pretty prompt with work orders and I love the natural views. I honestly don’t think you can find a better community in Winter Haven, especially for this price!"

"Good morning!! I recently was an employee at Carlton Arms through a temp agency working with Grounds. It was good for a few months but this past week I was let go. I wasn’t warned or anything about possibly getting let go. Earlier in the week I left early due to a family/personal emergency. I told one of the co workers there I needed to go because my supervisor and another coworker had left to go get some shelves for his office. I think that could be done on his own time or on a lunch break, which it wasn’t and never is. Besides this incident I think management there is very poor and needs to be addressed. Things I’ve witnessed there from a lot of there associates is crazy. From one maintenance man that drives on property with an in valid tag that is dated the year 2022. I could go on and on but I won’t because I don’t want to seem like I’m the angry ex associate, I just wished if I was gonna get let go why not do it earlier in the week or give me a warning. As much as I did enjoy working there I would not recommend this as a place to work"
