"I can’t say enough about David and the rest of his team at PMI Central Florida. I am a landlord of a single property and use David as my property manager. I had an unfortunate leak in one of the bathrooms at the rental house and had to go through insurance to get it fixed. I’d never been through that process before and don’t even want to think of what the outcome would’ve been if I didn’t have David’s guidance. The insurance company gave me ab estimate that was far lower than what the actual cost to fix would be. David informed me to reach back out to insurance with the quotes he’d obtained, and I was able to get far more than their initial proposal. David also found a licensed and insured contractor for me to complete the fix. As long as I’m renting a house, I’ll use David as my property manager. He cares for the property like it’s his own, and always keeps me in the loop of what’s going on."
