"I have lived at Banyan Cove from the start and have been very pleased with living here Maintenance ( Axel ) Is the best. You need a repair or help he is right there to lend a helping hand. He cleans up messes in hallways that tenant make and leave for someone to fall and get hurt from. You know who you are You shouldn't be living here anyway with a criminal past of the elderly . You were caught convicted sentenced and 10 years probation. How did you slip through the crack? Old management didn't do a proper background check on you. And yet you complain about the person who keeps our living space clean and safe. You know who you are we don't need people like you here. Banyan Cove is a lovely place to call home. But I guess everything and place has a fault. Ours is just someone who needs to move on. Thank You Banyan Cove for my home for 4 1/2 years. Kathleen the new Manager is doing a great job at correcting past managers mistakes. Keep up the the good work at making our home at Banyan Cove a clean and safe environment."
