"A fuse busted in our breaker box randomly and half of our apartment was out of power. They were there within an hour to work on it. They weren’t able to fix it that day but by 1:00pm that next afternoon everything was all fixed and working perfectly! We are so appreciative!!! Thank you so much Jonathan and his team! We appreciate your hard work!"
"Denise the office manager is horrible! She says one thing and then pretends like she didn’t say it! I always make sure anything we discuss is in email. She is very unprofessional! The new Maintenance man does not know what he’s doing! When Leslie was here she was on top of things. Since Denise has been here the complex has been in shambles!"
"Time for a change! I’ve been living here for about two years. Beautiful community and it was quiet. However my neighbors leave trash outside of their apartment, children writing on stairwell walls, and leaving food all over the stairs. My upstairs neighbors children jump up and down all day and it is just annoying especially since I’m sleep during the day and work at night. Before they moved in it was a very quiet and peaceful place to stay and now I’m just over it. The office staff is very nice and respond to my emails in a timely manner. I missed the old maintenance workers, they were fast and efficient when you place a request. Since this community is income restricted I’m paying over what the apartment is worth because I make too much! That part really sucks!"
