Amelia Place Apartments

"We have lived here for almost 4 1/2 years. Although we have had about 5 or 6 new property managers in that time, we have enjoyed our time here. Our current property managers are awesome. They can even be seen working on the property on the weekends! They have adjusted well, and they take pride in keeping everything neat and organized. They even had a property 4th of July celebration for everyone, so that we could get to know our neighbors. In this day and age, that is hardly ever seen. It was a very nice gesture! When ever something needs looked at, they respond to you as quickly as possible. This is centrally located to almost everything you need, and it is a quiet community."

"I’ve lived here for 4 years. I had two cats when I moved in and it wasn’t a problem at all. The property is well maintained overall. On-site property managers have changed a few times but has always been very responsive to calls for repairs/issues. The interior of my apartment was and is a bit worn and dated but vacant apartments seem to be getting more refreshed recently. The living room is narrow & difficult to arrange due to air conditioner location. The large laundry and storage, plus outside covered patio area makes up for a lot though and the proximity to shopping, restaurants, etc. can’t be beat. This is income-based housing so community is lots of older/senior but a few younger tenants too."

"I have been living here since 2012 and i love it here! Each property manager has been better than the last ones. The newest managers, Leah & Rod, have only been here a few short months but have done a wonderful job continuing to make this apartment complex a place I love to live. If i have ever had an issue in the past 8 years, the management has always gone above and beyond to correct it for me. I can't picture me living anywhere else. If you are looking for a great place to live Amelia Place is the place to be. Everything is in walking distance or if you don't drive International Speedway Blvd is a few minutes away. So, if you are looking for a perfect apartment that is located near everything Amelia Place is the perfect place to check out and live."

"My daughter has lived at Amelia Place for the past seven years. I have always been impressed on how well maintained the grounds are. The new managers, Rusty and Joe, are wonderful and are always right there if my daughter has an issue with her apartment. I don't have to worry about her because it is such a safe place to live. I would highly recommend Amelia Place if you are looking for an apartment."
