"It's worth the extra $200-$300 a month to live anywhere else. The walls are paper thin, I could literally tell you if my neighbor on either side dropped a pen.. That's how thin the walls are. If you put a maintenance request in, don't expect it to get fixed ever. There is barley any parking. And to top it all off, they let just about ANYONE move in. I had a drunk old guy pound on my bedroom window at 11PM, people a house down fist fighting in the street with their small kids outside watching and crying. I could go on but the main point is don't move here unless you have to."

"Old management was straight up bizarre. New management doesn't care about the tenants what so ever. The apartments with tenants currently living in them, they refuse to fix anything and if they do they'll raise your rent to pay for the repairs. Our water heater was 25 years old, broke, and flooded our apartment. They refused to replace the carpet, got us a new water heater, and raised our rent to pay for it. Outside floods so bad and the pot holes are terrible, I had 3 flat tires in less than 2 months this year (and no my tires weren't bad). For the most part it's nice and quiet but there has been some new people moving in who take advantage of management never being on site. Oh and the fleas outside are absolutely overwhelming because it floods so bad and they don't treat the yard."

"Previous owner didn't fix much and new owner that took over in September 2017, doesn't fix hardly anything at all. From leaking water pipes and leaking roofs as well as pot holes in driveway getting bigger and bigger . A/C units at most apartments are like 20 years old. Yet new owner has raised all rent prices."
