Harper Grove Apartments

"After living here for almost a year I can now update my review and give you a REAL review since all of these 5 star reviews are from people touring and getting excellent treatment from the staff of course. Management is nice and helpful no issue with the complex definitely a good place to live. My only issue is they randomly decided to add “reserved parking spaces” without notifying anyone. Apparently these parking spots must be paid for in order for you to park there. I thought that was the whole point of paying for a garage? Anyway, I see families struggling with groceries trying to walk to the nearest elevator but yet the “reserved” parking spots are empty because of course no one is gonna pay to park there. As if $2,000 in rent wasn’t enough to be able to park wherever you want. Seriously the best attention and care from the staff at Harper Grove. I was in a situation with my last lease and needed somewhere quick to move and Perla and Damaris were able to accommodate my move in date a whole week earlier from the date of when the apartments were supposed to be ready for all the move ins. They went out of their way to specifically work on my unit and have it ready for me to move in as soon as possible which I am very thankful for. The apartment itself is BEAUTIFUL and I love all the amenities. If I have any issues in my unit they are quick to solve all my request. Super pleased with EVERYTHING and EVERYONE at Harper Grove !"

"I just moved in and fell in love with this apartment, the same day I went to tour I applied to live here, everything is brand new, the staff of leasing office, Ana, Damaris, Dory and Perla were absolutely wonderful, the attention they gave me was excellent, I’m 100% satisfied, the pool is always clean, the gym is awesome and big, the apartment’s hallway smells amazing, you will fall in love if you come here! There’s NO cockroaches or any other weird insects inside the apt, everything it’s just perfect!"

"I must say this property is the most beautiful by far. Perla was one of the best leasing agents I have Ever dealt with before she took her time with my family and provided tours and was very knowledgeable about the property and every amenity and floor plans. It made our decision even easier to choose our new home. Damaris also was very pleasant and helpful to assure we are in good hands and offered any assistance needed. I highly recommend Harper Grove everything you need is near plus more. Thank you to the entire staff at Harper Grove for all of the hard work that you do each and everyday."

"This has been one of the most pleasant and wonderful experiences moving to Harper Grove, and we have had so many issues with past apartment complexes. From the day we came to tour, Perla gave us her direct attention, answered every question, picked up every call and made it such an easy process for us! She truly went above and beyond, (and still does every time we call for something!) The property is stunning, the complex is on the smaller side which makes it a MUCH BETTER place and community to live in, the amenities are top notch and never too crowded. It is such a well-maintained property and has such a resort style luxury vibe to it. All of the apartments have such pretty and modern finishes too! Everyone in the customer service staff is so helpful, goes so far above and beyond to assist you with all of the issues you may have and get them resolved as soon as possible! We have never had management like this before! So thankful! Thank you Perla for making this such a smooth transition for us! We love it here!"

"I love this apartment. It is absolutely breathtaking. My 2 bedroom corner unit is wonderful!!! I am a new resident, and the wrap-around patios and balconies caught my attention when driving by on Hwy 27 in Davenport. I also LOVE the black, white, and gray color scheme. It works with everything, and you can bring your own pops of color as you see fit. I toured with Perla and absolutely fell in love with everything! If you’re looking for a new apartment in the Central Florida area, you absolutely MUST come tour and apply at Harper Grove! You will not regret it. I did not only fall in love with the stunning amenities and beautiful pool, but I fell in love with the staff here. I knew that I found my people and my forever home here at Harper Grove Apartments in Davenport, FL. I applied on the same day that I toured, and they actually offered me a great deal for doing so. This was a much appreciated bonus! The ladies who I have encountered so far have ALL been extremely helpful. I love Ana, Perla, and even the manager. I believe that her name is Damaris. The manager and I only spoke on the phone one time, but she was genuinely interested and helpful when answering my questions. I honestly and sincerely want to thank the staff here for being a great group of friendly, beautiful, and positive professionals! I truly appreciate this from the bottom of my heart, and I look forward to a long and wonderful relationship with everyone at Harper Grove Apartments. I will add just a few pictures, but pictures will not do justice for the beauty and serenity of this apartment community. You have to come see for yourself, and you have to come meet the staff. They’re amazing - exceptional customer service."
