"My wife and I moved into Crosswater from out of state. De-Andre and Gari were welcoming, and made the move-in process seamless! The grounds are well laid out and the property is beautiful. This place is well worth it!"

"I live here for 9 months. The best part is the view of the lake, which I fell in love with. But the service at the office is not the best. It's such a shame that management has such cold and heartless staff at every interaction. Arrogance and neglect. Always very rude not only to me but to my daughters. When I moved there was a very dear person (Nayara), but since she left things have changed for the worse. The club house is only open during business hours, so we can never use it. And now the restrooms are only open during business hours, too. If you go to the pool on the weekend or at any other time, the bathroom will be closed. Maintenance takes too long. For the rent I don't think it's worth it"
