"UPDATE #2: Moved out last week in Dec and once we moved everything off our porch and out of the garage. THE MOLD was disgusting in both areas!!! We lived in one of the carriage houses in building 15. Our floors in our unit were even black and could not keep it clean. We were breathing this in and no wonder why we have been sick on and off since Nov. Since moving into our new place weeks ago we have not been sick once. Photos speak a thousand words!!!! UPDATE!! Don’t even tell me that you are very concerned and tell me to call the office as I already did several times as the residents of Building 15 are so RUDE. Learn how to close doors especially between 3am and 6am then again at 11PM. Also the arguments needs to stop. BE ADULTS!!!! Not my fault you have to work long hours to afford to live here dont take it out on us!!! Your so called management team told me they don’t want to hear my issues, told me to basically kick rocks and leave them alone. What a way to treat a resident. SERIOUSLY!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! If I can give negative stars I would. This place is not worth the money especially the carriage "townhouse" you can hear every little thing your neighbor does including the ones upstairs that are not even on top of you and the building is poorly designed especially where the kitchen is located. I am afraid it will get blown down in a hurricane. I have been a resident since Feb 2023. Residents are sooooo disrespectful - dont know how to properly close doors especially at 3am, playing loud sounds passing them as a dog, cant pick up after their dogs, dilapidated loud cars, constant loud music, parties all weekend, hanging out in garages working on motorcycles, residents working in cars in the parking lot (oil spills), fighting over parking at night, pool area and mailroom are filthy half the time. This is just by my building alone. We have neighbors that thier porch look like a junk yard. How embarrassing. There is a putrid disgusting smell around the community especially around the retention pond, pool area and walk way by the school that turns my stomach. Cant even open my windows if I want to. The Ridgeview Global school is beyond ridiculous too loud, wild kids and games up until 930pm at night. When do we have peace!!!! There are so many hidden fees on top of your rent so you end up paying close to $200 or so extra each month. Not counting utilities or garage. Make sure you pay your rent exactly by the 3rd of each month or you will automatically get evicted. Seen that in my area with notices all over my neighbor's doors. More evictions then people moving in. Ever since new management took over in June nothing but issues and why do we have a lease when you just give residents who are breaking the lease a slap on the wrist. Very boring living here as residents are not a priority so events are on the back burner. Glad I have 2 months left on my lease!!!"

"Hello I am resident of Dunson Grove since September 2022 I moved in when the building apartments are opening.. it’s so beautiful place to live in. The place is very quiet and relax. Has walking path , dog spa, the gym, the pool with grills The events too … The neighbors are very friendly…. If you have any problems broke. When you call. The maintenance will coming quick to check. The stores and hospitals and Doctors is nearby… easy for me drive in few minutes away I recommend you to check out with the Dunson Grove Apartments Michael Toney is very friendly and always smile… he loves to help the residents and new tenants"
