"Be careful with these apartments. When I moved in a signed up for a program that instead of paying a deposit, I would pay a couple hundred dollars to an insurance service that would cover any damages up to 10k I believe. When I moved out the apartment was fine, I left it clean. I left a few trash bags that maintenance agreed to grab for me in front of the manager, and I left a piece of carpet they gave me themselves for fix a little corner of the carpet that got messed up. They told me not to worry about it, and like a dummy I kept going about my day. Months later I get a hit on my credit for $700+ dollar on “cleaning fees” for those trash bags. I had to go in person to speak to the manager who said she would look into this but to this day they wont get back to me and that fee is still on my credit which ruined it a lot and I never that anything delinquent before.. first time living in an apartment and I’ve learned a lot.. still waiting for them to fix this scam they just pulled! Just be careful and aware if you move in here…"

"I lived here for 2 years , Jessica, Ashley and Cely are always pleasant and kind. I love going into the leasing office for my morning coffee and enjoying the lake view whenever I can. It means a lot to live in a community when the staff really show they care.  There has been many changes with Maintenance staff but Jose (Chapo) has always been here and is great. Great place to live. Thank you guys for all that you do!"

"I lived here for 15 years and Jessica, Ashley , Cely have been the best office staff I got to know. Chapo (Jose) is also an amazing maintenance tech. They always smiling and always helped with anything I needed. The only reason i just recently moved is because i bought my own home. If not i would of gladly stayed. Great staff. "Terrible experience with this apartment complex. The property manager Jessica is terrible especially when it comes to communication. She broke my confidentiality with staff and residents. My daughter and I suffer from asthma and my windows were molded. We told them several times we even took pictures and videos and the only thing they did was to put aluminum tape around windows and told us not to open because management didn’t want to replace the windows. Maintenance also told me that the money that is use to vacuum the cars was used for the property manager personal use. There are more stories from this apartment and that’s the reason I recommend people pllllleeaassseee do not move there."
