"My partner and I recently moved here and what an experience it has been! When we moved into the apartment from our window we saw other neighbors with their kids they all looked like they were having fun, and thats a really good sign that the community is happy and pleased about this complex. And what a complex it is! Theres a lot of amenities in the property that we really like, for example theres this office space next to the leasing office where you can go and work and the have a printer you can use which is really useful for us in our current situation. They also have a 24 hour gym and many other places have gyms but have closing hours which sucks if you work in that time. Our leasing assistant Andreina was really nice and supper helpful. When we came for a tour she had a lot of good and important information we needed to know prior to applying and moving. Also, we had a move in date that we thought was good because of some family that where coming from out of state to help us, but a situation made it difficult and we needed to move in sooner so we emailed her and she gave us a lot of options we could work with that really helped our situation. Another thing is that we asked a lot of questions in the application and move-in process and she always answered in a couple of minutes. Another amazing thing here is the maintenance. We had some issues with a drain and some electrical problems so we submitted an application, then the next day the maintenance man (who i forgot the name sorry!) was super nice and very quick and clean. I know electrical and plumbing enough to know that he has experience. We still need to get properly settled in so I will update this review later. But for now it has been a wonderful experience."

"We really wanted to love this place. Our issues started immediately after we applied to the apartment. Claudia was completely useless, called us two days before moving ACROSS COUNTRY to tell us they weren’t able to kick out the prior renters and our apartment wasn’t ready. Essentially making us homeless, we had to argue with her to “allow” us to move in after 5pm on the day our lease started. Somehow us not having a place to live in a new state with our child was an inconvenience to her. Unfortunately due to her telling us we had no apartment ready we had to push out the date of all of our items being delivered and paid out of pocket at an air b&b for two days; we never asked the meadows for a penny.Then we moved in. Cockroaches everywhere, literally crawling in the lights inside the stove, on the walls and in the freezer. The maintenance staff is great and does the best they can even though management is failing. Don’t bother emailing or calling the front office- they won’t call you back unless they need something from you. Still waiting on a response from the voicemail we left three weeks ago. Oh and let’s not forget about the constant smoking -done right at the pool as the office staff watches and walks by and says nothing; better believe you’ll get 20 mass produced emails asking people to stop though. Having visitors? Don’t expect parking for them. Emails were sent out saying cars would be towed, we watched the same truck stay unmoved in a visitor spot outside of the main clubhouse for over a month and it was never towed. Pool hours are u til dusk but there are loud parties constantly which leave the area around the pool littered with trash, chicken bones and cigarettes. We have had to prove emails were sent for not renewing the lease and were only believed once we forwarded the original email to them. Save yourself the trouble, rent a house in the area for $500 less. Don’t bother responding to this review Jodi- you already ignored my concerns last week when we emailed you about the renters I insurance we have which you were provided and still tried to invoice us for your forced insurance."
