"This place turn so ghetto. It used to be nice not anymore. Man got shot in the face 2 doors down no one said anything my child had to go outside to see cop scrubbing blood of concrete. Kids not being watched and terrorizing other kids is out of control completely. Trash everywhere everything is broken. BUGS. stay far away"
"Looks nice, but the people there are awful! Last year a 17 year old boy shot another young boy, my car got broke in to, and if you have kids FORGET IT. There's a group of kids that literally walk around like theyre a gang and beat up other kids who are alone. Tried communicating with the front office about each event, and every time they treated me like I was the problem for even reporting it. Wanted to start swimming for an hour in the mornings, would show up at 9 and the maintenance man would get mad at me???? So then he started opening the pool at 10 when I was at work. Whole thing is weird. However if you just work, go home, have no kids, no pets, and don't talk to your neighbors it's not bad. Just don't forget to lock your door. Also, after never being late on bills for FOUR years I didn't get my deposit back. Apartment was in great shape when I left cause I was hoping to get it back... nope. Company policy said I had to give a 3 months vacate notice... I was TWO DAYS short. Plus, they raise the rent $100 every year you're there no matter what. The government had to forcibly stop them during COVID cause they raised rent and raised late payment fees in the middle of it all. If youre in a pinch... sure it's better than being homeless but def go somewhere else if you can. They would slit your throat and charge you a cleaning fee if it got on their carpet. Edit: The person at the front office that used to be a woman and is now a man really needs a different job. I've never seen her smile and she was always so hateful to me. They was the one I'd talk to about events and I'd get brushed off like I was the issue."
"Nice Apartments little on the high side it cost my friends 3200 just to move in and that wasn't counting lights or cable or satellite or Internet that's just to get in the place then I think it's 1300 a month and that's for two bedroom so yeah if you got Deep Pockets it's for you"
"My only complaint is the rental increases every so often, other then that it’s a great place to live if u have little kids the get to go out and play. Maintenance is awesome John."
