"The rooms couldn't keep a steady temp, the shower never had hot warm it was barely warm. And the free wifi anyone could use and it was spotty at best. As for service we were told we only got it if we requested it. Honestly i have been at alot of comfort inns and this one was fairly run down."

"One of the nicer Comfort Suites out there. My crews do alot of work in Central Florida so we use this hotel pretty often. Rooms , location and everything else are definitely 5 stars. The only reason I gave service 4 stars is 1 particular employee. She was rude during every time any of us came in or had to speak with her. Everyone else was great. The desk guys at night are very cool. I can't say enough about how clean the place inside and out. Location is close to tons of food and shopping."

"Let’s start off with our front desk attendant…. The individual would not acknowledge us until he finished his game of solitaire. After that it proceeded to check us in. We gather our room key and proceeded to our assigned room. Once on the second floor we exit the elevator and we immediately are taking back by the aroma of cigarettes.. funny thought , every room has a sign that clearly depicts no smoking. Once we arrive at our room we try our key, the lock lights up but doesn’t open. We proceed back to the front desk. We advise him of the door not opening. He proceeds to tell us “ you have to lift up of the handle. “ great, that would have been helpful front the start. We bring to his attention the the floor smells like an ash tray . He was more the happy and helpful to move us to the ground floor without an issue.. we arrive at the room, every thing is all fine and dandy , but then the tub look like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. I understand it’s a budget style hotel , but at least scrub a tub."

"Good sized room, no extra blanket, had a faint dated smell but would definitely stay again. Clean and comfy. No smoking area if it rains."
