"It’s in The Villages, not close to Lady Lake. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included with plenty options! Each room has its own heating/cooling but you cannot operate directly; it’s controlled by the thermostat. However, we failed to locate the thermostat. The attendant said it’s on the wall where the tv was and we weren’t the only one that cannot locate it. Our room door blocker was bent and not working."

"Manager on duty 1/29 and the woman who called herself the “auditor” at midnight on 2/1. were not very helpful. I think it might have been same person but not sure. The manager on the 29th said they weren’t able to do early checkin’s because they were sold out. Directly after I spoke with her, I checked Hilton on line and made a reservation as many rooms were available. I am a Gold member and travel a lot. Every Hilton I have been to will not approve late checkout until the am of. When I spoke to the “auditor” at midnight on the first I asked if there was a chance of a late checkout and she told me no because they had already approved a large number of late checkouts. She was also not very friendly. That said, the very sweet woman at the front desk upon my arrival on the 31st was just the opposite. She provided excellent customer service, and was kind and considerate. It is unfortunate that those who do their job well or over shadowed by those who don’t. Hilton may need more mature staff."

"This is our second year staying here and we couldn’t be more pleased. Rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. You can’t beat the location. It’s been newly renovated.Carmen at the front is amazing. Breakfast is unbelievable, very consistent and great variety. We stay here for 3-4 nights each trip and I’ve never heard noise."

"Very nice hotel. Our king room was well appointed and the free breakfast was as expected. Did not get to use the pool. Appears to be recently renovated. One drawback was the shower that leaked onto the floor...caulk was missing from the door track frame on the shower base."
