"Awful property that rents you barely legal housing with black mold by their air conditioning, they tried to make me and my girlfriend pay their renovation costs when we moved out and then sent the debts to a collections agency illegally, needless to say I disputed it, would never rent from these scumbags"

"The office lady is riduculous rude and never answer phone calls. She told you the placement but conducted nothing. I sent her the document two week but received nothing feedback. Until I reached again she still lied that she received nothing from her boss. I have to walk to the office every time I need anything. And even this, when I arrived at the office at 4 pm, she even made up that she is having lunch breaks so that office is closed. Ridiculous excuses!!!"
"If you are looking into moving out for the first time is definitely the best place to be. Neighbors are very sweet and respectful. Management is great! Do you have a nice pool and also a place to do your laundry. I love walking down the street to visit the cows my favorite part!"
