"Stephanie was absolutely wonderful to work with!! She was great in many ways which included her staying later to help us secure a place here. She did an excellent job on the walk through experience of this beautiful place and explaining all of our questions that we had in a very professional manner. Super grateful!!"

"It took a few months to get settled in, but we like the place, IN GENERAL. Nice amenenties, but trash compactor and trash service no consistent.. The walls are thin and you can hear neighbors all around you, stomping, talking, taking a shower, and the noise travels. If you want to go to bed early or sleep during the day because of working late nights, NOT A GREAT IDEA, because you will get woke up if you are on the bottom floor. We had planned on staying another year before buying our home, but since the new neighbors moved in, we can't handle it. When your cabinets start shaking and it sounds like an elephant coming through the floor, we are renting elsewhere when lease is up. I understand the walls are thin and it’s part of apartment living but when you complain to management about a dog that has been yipping and yapping and barking for 6 hours in a row from the neighbor, across or the neighbor above, they use retaliation against you. For example, we complain and complained and complain about a dog barking, slamming and other loud noises and all management said was well they saw you throw a cigarette out. Then we started getting blamed for all our dogs barking and it wasn’t even our dogs. It got to the point where we had to start making recordings to prove to them. It wasn’t us not only did we get harassed by the neighbors and management? We’ve decided to stop complaining and just to leave when the lease is up. Just be careful what you complain about because management will retaliate. We went to the office to try to fix the situation with the dogs, barking and management threatened to evict us when we did nothing so we decided to quit complaining. We pay $2200 a month for all this! We are the victims here and it should be an easy transfer and cost effective for us since we aren't the ones that are in violation. DON”TS IF YOU WANT PEACE 1. dont move here 2. Dont bring yoir dogs cause people complain 3. Dont have sex, flush your toilet, or take a shower because you can hear it 4. Dont workout in your apartment because the weights ahake cabinets and fans 5. DONT LEAVE YOUR GARAGE UP OR CAR UNLOCKED.. kids stealing stuff Dont talk becausre neighbors can hear through walls REALLY JUST DONT MOVE HERE THE REVIEWS ARE PAID. THERE IS A REASON WHY HALF OF THIS COMPLEX IS EMPTY.. HOUSES ARE CHEAPER TO RENT There used to be more bad reviews but of course the company has "HIDDEN" them when we first were looking at this place we looked at the reviews and there was at least 20 ,( OUR MISTAKE MOVING HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE) if not more, but they "Hidden". They want you to think that this is a nice place.I have called the manager several times, along with emails. I do not hear back from them. We were having theft in our garage within minutes. A boy on a bike with black hair was standing at oyr garage. I have also have items in my car missing. No one ever called me back. The trash as you see below happens every week"

"Terrible apartment experience. When moving out, keep in mind that you need to provide a 60-day advance notice. The trash compactor is frequently out of order, and valet trash can be inconvenient. I recommend looking for other apartments. I once had to pay for not bringing in my trash can, which was frustrating. The office management can be intrusive at times. I had a confusing encounter when they asked about my cat shortly after I got it. Additionally, be prepared to wait for two months to get your security deposit back when moving out. If you're in one of their villas, you may encounter a cockroach infestation, and it can take several months for them to address it. The key lesson I've learned here is to fix problems yourself because they are often unresponsive. They tend to hide behind their lengthy contract and surprise you with unexpected charges."

"I've been living here for a little over 2 years now, and I can honestly say that I absolutely love where I live. Everything about this place, from the atmosphere to the wonderful people and the exceptional staff, has been fantastic since day one. Courtney, is an absolute gem who consistently went above and beyond whenever we’ve reached out. I truly feel she is a major reason why everything has gone so smoothly for us over the years (thanks, Courtney!). Stephanie is amazing too and is incredibly sweet! The aesthetically pleasing grounds, along with the prompt response of the Maintenance team, have made my living experience here truly enjoyable and comfortable. The community gatherings have been a great addition too. This review is long overdue, but now I can confidently say that if you prioritize a clean, aesthetic, and safe environment that’s nested in a fantastic location (we LOVE Starkey Ranch) and upholds it’s quality over time, then I highly recommend this place."
