Lantower Asturia Apartments

"I lived in the complex for 6.5 years. I am moving out due to Lantower switching management to a central system. They removed all of the garbage cans in the complex so there’s a lot of trash with little maintenance to keep it clean. All questions are directed to central leasing or central finance in a different state. My experience over email with central management has been extremely difficult. They don’t return phone calls and have a hostile tone in response to clarifying questions about leases or concerns. They will also nickel and dime you upon move-out despite how clean/maintained you kept your apartment. They lost my original lease from move-in and couldn’t tell me if I paid a deposit or not so I was stuck with final move out costs. Any of the 5 star reviews are because the complex gives “reward points” for leaving reviews."

"I've toured this complex with my daughter who now lives here and couldn't be happier. Her apartment is spacious, clean and so quiet. Don't hear any noise whatsoever or even her neighbors. The main office is so accommodating especially Abbey. She is so professional, knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to help us and answer all our questions. She is a great asset to this complex. Thank you Abbey for all you do!"

"Lantower Austria is beautiful. Our apartment is laid out and designed like a 5 star hotel. Maintenance works hard to meet all inquiries and take control to fixing any potential problems. Pest control makes their regular visits and work hard to meet all needs and work orders. Since being here there is a sense of comfort and luxury. It’s quiet and our neighbors are polite and pleasant. The staff in the office are knowledgeable, kind and attentive. Abby is amazing!"

"It is good, the only thing l don’t like is dog excrement around the property, closed restrooms next to the gym , so you cannot use them in the morning if you go early working out and noise from neighbors. Very thin walls l think , otherwise good, quiet , good location."

"Just disgusting! I lived in that place for 1 year, but I was counting the days until the contract ended, it feels like you live with your neighbor because you can even hear when they go to the bathroom. On several occasions I had to clean the front of my door because I found dog pee and even poo. Poo can even be found on the walls of the corridors. I do not recommend anyone to rent here."
