"We found Avilla Suncoast while looking for a house to move away from an apartment setting while staying in this area. Although we haven't moved in yet, the experience has been great so far! Natalie has been responsive, accommodated a self guided tour within the same day, and clarified all of our questions promptly. We toured a 3 bedroom unit and fell in love with the layout, structure, and overall amenities. The location is great, next to everything you need, in addition to the highway which makes things more convenient. Assuming everything goes as planned, we should be moving in soon, and we couldn't have asked for a better initial experience!"

"Stephanie Kouretas you are that irresponsible we gave notice in January and you misled us to think about renewing the lease for another year and because we could not renew, we decided to end the lease when it was over, you want to come after us like we owe you something. What a lack of integrity. You said you were going to acknowledge the notice we gave back in January that was exactly 60 days. I know other people that had really bad experience with you. Number one you are never at the leasing office and never answer phone calls. Neither you call people back. It is unbelievable that they have you as a Property Manager. And you have the guts to just lie, is it because you are in some type of metrics and retention that you do this to residents? There are other people that will expose their bad experience with you. Next Metro communities have better Property Managers than your kind. I doubt that they will have a person like you with lack of integrity."

"if I could give Avilla more then 5 stars I WOULD. Stephanie is the property manager and has been amazing during our move in! She is so attentive, answers any questions my husband and I have, she's overall amazing!! Its such a cute, quiet and safe neighborhood which is huge for my husband and I! The homes have so much detail and were so well built we absolutely love it! 10/10 recommend"

"Living at Avilla Suncoast has been amazing considering we have 2 large breed dogs & did not want to put them in a typical apartment with no yard. Stephanie has been our experience amazing & never fails to fix any issues we may have. She has never failed to get back with me in a timely manner, even if it is after office hours or the weekend. Overall , we love our experience at Avilla Suncoast!"

"Love loving here! Such a nice, quiet, and easy going small community. Everything is brand new, nobody on top of you, and I've NEVER heard my neighbor through the attached wall. There is a firewall in between units so they are super thick walls. The office staff is amazing, especially Stephanie! Best pair of maintenance employees as well, Vinny and Jorge do an amazing job. I never have to use my keys with the convenient modern door locks, the Pool/Hot Tub/ Fireplace/ & Grill areas are always clean and ready to use. Also, you do have a personal backyard for small gatherings/ children/ & pets. Definitely recommend Avilla!"
