"Drove up after setting up an appointment, was told beforehand that there were apartments available for when we needed. After arriving, leasing agent tried to show us the 3D models easily available online while also saying he didn’t have any units available for months or even to show us. Why offer appointments or say you have units available when we need if that’s not the case? Would’ve saved the drive up"

"I’d rather be homeless than live here to say the least. The living situation here is a modern day dystopia. Roaches are your roommates, neighbors are exceptionally loud (no help from management when reported), and the apartments are basically falling apart. It’s Gotham without Batman. Save yourself the anxiety and heartbreak and look quite literally anywhere else."

"Please learn from my experience, under no circumstances should you spend your money here. For 4 months we were unable to pay our rent because the ledger was showing an incorrect total for our rent. That didn’t stop the office from putting multiple false 3 days notices on our door. Our washer was not working for 2 and a half months until they realized they installed never finished installing it correctly. I’m always confused about who “they” are because the office always blames someone else for an issue that they also can’t help solve. Only 1 person in the office can actually help with anything, and she’s never there. They are always short-staffed and accessible via appointment only seemingly every day. The office ignores phone calls and emails asking to meet in person. Office doesn’t care about the amenities that don’t exist or fixing the issues they’d just rather offer everyone $300 for referrals. Adults and children brawling in the street, random people knocking on the door at night, and the fact you can hear every step your neighbor things about taking in their apartment in yours. Maintenance ignores requests and will half complete them when they do arrive. The safety of the complex being questionable, the management being absent and not being able to help with anything, and just never ending maintenance issues have made staying here an absolute nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Do not trust this place! I am a current resident and I hate it here. 1. It will take 3-5 business days to get anything fixed in your home and it’ll probably be fixed incorrectly. 2. The leasing office is always short-staffed and they’ve literally stopped responding to my emails and phone calls after requesting an in person meeting. 3. They have not updated our account since we’ve moved here in November of 2022 and they owe us money but keep charging our account. 4. You will have to wait SIX MONTHS+ to receive a mail key and will have to pick up your mail from the local post office in the meantime. 5.They will bribe you with gift cards and new appliances in exchange for 5 star reviews, but won’t actually fix anything. 6.Trash will always be overflowing. 7. The corporate office will also not return your calls. 8. Don’t forget about the constant roach problem. 9. There’s a “gym” but you probably won’t get a key for it. I don’t think the pool has been open since I’ve moved here. Save yourself the headache and legal fees and find another place!"
