"My husband and I put in an offer to purchase a home in Spring Hill Florida, through our broker, and waited 3 days for a response from the Mamo team of KellerWilliams. Our broker NEVER spoke to them, it was always an assistant. All that time we were kept in the dark about whether they were even interested in our offer, or if we needed a better offer. This is a horrible way to treat people, and a horrible way to do business. Not knowing for 3 days is ludacris! These are the listing agents, and wouldn't even give the time of day (or a little respect) to our agent, by speaking to her. No kind of courtesy or customer service. I guess it's all about making that commission."
