"I've had better experiences with realtors and I've had worse. The team that worked with me did an excellent job if promotion and advertising but never brought a buyer to the house (showed). but left that for other realtors to do. We asked for a 2 day extension on the closing date but was told that the buyer said absolutely not...only to find out that this request never reached the buyer or his agent....which cost us 2 days in a hotel and the loss of some personal articles. The mortgage company and title company were the better experiences if the sale."
