Going into the community everything feels like home, the property is maintained well, and it really does appear to be a delightful place. "This was a short term rental for me as I needed housing due to a move from NC that allowed pets. I am very happy I choose Ariel Springs. The staff are extremely pleasant, are quick to resolve issues, and keep residents updated on weather conditions, pool closing, missing pets, etc.. The complex is clean, the pool is maintained well with plenty of lounge chairs and seating, and I was happily surprised with the many utilities that were included in the rent. These included water, sewer, cable/internet, and trash. Although I never used the gym, the opportunity it presented was appreciated. The yard is maintained weekly, bushes and trees trimmed back, and the area is sprayed to keep pests under control. Lighting throughout the complex at night was good. The 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment itself was very nice and fit my needs perfectly. Plenty of room for my king size bed and furnishings. Stainless steel appliances in my unit as well as a washer and dryer provided. Each month the staff hosts various activities from bingo, game night, luaus, St Patrick Day, Mother and Father days recognized, etc.. I enjoyed the activities very much and participated as often as I could as it was a wonderful way to meet other residents. This is a very pet friendly complex and all the staff were kind and loving to my ten year old dog who was very excited to visit the office and get a treat. I've dealt mainly with Tabitha whom I met on day one and has been so helpful throughout my stay. She is always pleasant and able to answer any questions I've had. I appreciate everything she and the other staff members have done to make my short term stay here pleasant and smooth. if you're looking for a safe, clean, conveniently located apartment this should be at the top of your list."
